Also I've noticed in the Processes.exe files that i've never seen before running in the background (Xgx.exe, xxyza.exe, xxyzb.exe) This is before and after AVG, I thought it had deleted those files. I had to right click it to Run as Administrator, but it only works for certain programs. So I downloaded it, but when I tried to open the file, it keeps asking me to 'Choose the program you want to use to open this file:' It's also the same for other.exe programs I've tried to open, even my Internet Explorer. 'C:WindowsSystem32driversagp440.sys' 'Trojan horse Rootkit-Agent.EG' 'Object is white-listed (critical/system file that should not be removed)' I tried researching online about how to delete it and some say Dr. This is the name and where it's located in my system. Hi, my name is Rose and I'm here because I thought I could really use your help.
